BOSCACCI BATTLES THROUGH ADVERSITY TO EARN FOUR PODIUM FINISHES AT BAYLANDS

Nico Boscacci Scores Two Heat Race Wins and Four Main-Event Podiums During Two-Day Club Race Weekend

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Nico Boscacci put together another strong weekend behind the wheel of the Boscacci Racing quarter midgets, overcoming setbacks and repeatedly racing his way through the field during Club Races #9 and #10 at Baylands Quarter Midget Racing Association.

Competing in both Senior Honda and LT 160 throughout the two-day event, Boscacci finished the weekend with two heat race victories and four main-event podium finishes, highlighted by a pair of runner-up performances on Saturday.

Saturday began with Boscacci charging from seventh to second in his Senior Honda heat race, immediately showing the speed and patience that would define his weekend. He followed that performance by taking the victory in the LT 160 heat.

The main events presented a much different challenge.

After being involved in an incident that damaged his car during the Senior Honda main, Boscacci was forced to work his way back through the field. Rather than allowing the setback to end his chances at a strong result, Nico battled from the rear and drove all the way back to a second-place finish.

The LT 160 main required even more persistence. Boscacci found himself having to come from the back of the field not once, but twice. Each time, he worked his way forward and ultimately crossed the finish line in third place.

Sunday brought another opportunity to compete, and Nico once again showed consistency in both classes.

He finished second in the Senior Honda heat before returning to Victory Lane with his second LT 160 heat race win of the weekend.

Boscacci then closed out the weekend with a pair of third-place finishes in the Senior Honda and LT 160 main events, completing two days of racing without finishing outside the top three in either feature.

The results tell only part of the story.

Throughout the weekend, Nico was repeatedly challenged with starting deep in the field, recovering from an accident and having to race his way forward. Instead of letting those circumstances dictate the outcome, he kept working through traffic and put himself back in contention.

For the young Boscacci Racing driver, weekends like this provide valuable experience that goes well beyond trophies and finishing positions. Learning to stay composed, find a way forward, and maximize a race even when things don't go according to plan becomes increasingly important as a young driver progresses through the sport.

By Sunday evening, Boscacci had turned a challenging two days into another productive weekend: two heat victories, two runner-up finishes and two third-place finishes across his Senior Honda and LT 160 competition.
